The Grand Valley High School Leadership Class and Caerus Oil and Gas will be joining forces to provide Holiday food baskets in November for the first 75 Garfield16 families in need. Sign-ups are on a first come basis and will close when registration is full. G16 SBFRC would like to thank The Grand Valley High School Leadership Class and Caerus Oil and Gas for their endless dedication in helping G16 families.

The G16 School-Based Family Resource Center (SBFRC) provides a "Pantry of Hope" for local families. The pantry is located inside the SBFRC building and provides local families with clothing, food, and even small household items.

• The Space (LGBTQIA+ Peer Support)

Garfield County Dept of Human Services has a space within the Resource Center currently open on Tuesdays and Thursdays by appointment only for ongoing TANF (cash assistance) and Employment First. The team will accept drop off applications for the other programs such as Medical Assistance, Adult Financial (cash assistance), SNAP Benefits (food assistance), CCAP (child care assistance), Child Support packets, etc.

The Garfield County Collaborative Management Program (CMP) provides coordinated, collaborative multi-agency services for families. The G16 School-Based Family Resource Center is proud to provide leadership to CMP.
