The Grand Valley Givers hope these gifts help make your holiday season a little brighter for families in need of assistance.
Please list all students and their siblings who live in your household. Families may register only once per year.
To qualify, you must:
Have at least one student currently attending Garfield County School District 16
Provide a working phone number
Provide your current address
Identification may be requested when gifts are picked up.
Please make arrangements for someone to pick up your gifts if you are unable to do so during our regular business hours. We cannot hold gifts or distribute them at a later date.
Please complete and submit this form by November 1, 2026.

Asistencia Navideña de Grand Valley Givers
Grand Valley Givers espera que estos regalos ayuden a que su temporada navideña sea un poco más especial para las familias que necesitan asistencia.
Por favor, incluya a todos los estudiantes y sus hermanos que viven en su hogar. Cada familia puede registrarse solamente una vez al año.
Para ser elegible, debe:
Tener al menos un estudiante que actualmente asista al Distrito Escolar 16 del Condado de Garfield (Garfield County School District 16)

Proporcionar su dirección actual
Es posible que se solicite una identificación al momento de recoger los regalos.
Si no puede recoger sus regalos durante nuestro horario regular de oficina, por favor haga arreglos para que otra persona los recoja. No podemos guardar los regalos ni distribuirlos en una fecha posterior.
